About Us

Federal Procurement Data Reports (FPDR) is an organization motivated to provide insight into government spending to companies and individuals alike.  Our primary objective is to publish federal procurement transaction information into reports that help people with decision making.  We also offer consulting services to those who wish to do business with the federal government.

FPDR strives for excellence with every product and service we provide.  Here are three examples of how we do this:

• Use the top industry software tools to import and prepare the data for our reports
• Perform control total testing to validate that the source data corresponds as expected to imported data
• Continue to look for ways to improve our products and services with input from our customers

FPDR maintains a database of post award procurement transactions for a rolling three -year period.  The source data is from public databases including the Federal Procurement Data System (https://www.fpds.gov) and USA Spending (https://www.usaspending.gov).  Both databases are managed by the General Services Administration (GSA).  Contracting officers and their agency are responsible for its accuracy and timely updates.
